Understanding the nature of talent
We explore the nature of talent, what it is and how it can be used to deliver maximum performance. We look at the definitions of competence, skill, talent and strength: words that are used interchangeably and yet which have very different meanings which, when understood, can unlock high performance.
Playing to our strengths to deliver our objectives
We look at how talents can be turned into strengths and ignited by belief in a compelling purpose. In this respect we often engage with the direction of the organisation and invite the CEO or other leader to spend some time with the group.
Establishment of a talent-centred culture
Our research and work with clients suggests that many organisations are highly skilled at establishing processes for talent management and performance management. Where clients often need help is in establishing a talent-centred culture where the organisation sets the conditions for talent management, managers are true talent facilitators and every employee has a real sense of ownership of their own talent and their career.
