Features
This is an 8 month modular development programme designed to convert new behaviours into habits. It requires commitment and follow through.
Between each module and after module 3 there are one hour coaching sessions with Well-being coaches and Executive coaches to support habit making.

The basic building block of 2 days of workshops and diagnostics giving you a personalised nutrition, exercise and stress management programme. Highly participative it will set participants off on the road to we||—being.
Module 2 — What makes you tick
Two days 1:1 and group work understanding your
leadership style and strengths and your Emotional Intelligence
your The module also includes a review of A Healthy You. Self-awareness is key in leadership development and this module gives individuals and the group the focus and support they need to their leadership impact.
Module 3 - Transforming the Organisation
Modules l end 2 concentrate on the individual. Module 3 connects with organisation, creating values, strategies and plans that will improve engagement, well-being and performance. Mostly group work, this module makes sure that the learning so far is turned into actionable strategies and plans that will fast forward performance and employee perception leading to best Employer status.
