Project Management Training

A programme specifically aimed at Project Managers who already have a basic understanding and experience of managing projects who wish to take their expertise to the next level. An interactive programme that tackles real work challenges and provides both a rich toolbox for the Project Manager and also personal development to enable superior performance.

Outcomes

Programme

This is a development programme of nine days in five modules spaced over five months, with a one hour telephone coaching session between each module and as a finale.
