Outline
Manager 2 Leader is a 4 day (3+1 follow-up) residential
programme with Action Learning sessions for longer term
learning support. It is suitable for managers with one or
more years experience of leading others and wish to
improve their skills, knowledge, self-awareness to be more
effective in their leadership role.
The course includes a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator report
and feedback from other course participants. As well as
theory the programme is experiential and includes practical
1 hour exercises; some are in the outdoors and in future
may contain an element of CSR (Corporate Social
Responsibility).
The programme is facilitated by two external trainers from
Primeast who attend the whole process. Group size is
small with a maximum of 14 participants this ensures a low
7:1 trainer ratio.
