Our approach

Our preference would be to meet you in your work place to identify what outcomes you would wish to see as a result of a Manager as Coach programme. We would gain an appreciation of the environment and conditions that you as a manager operate in, helping us to design the most appropriate course of action for you. Whilst we aim to deliver a programme specific to your needs, the option of an open programme would offer you a standard modular approach.

Our facilitators are coaching experts and not only meet our own high accreditation standards, but those set by the Association for Coaching (AC), the International Coach Federation (ICF), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Maintaining Return on Investment

In the situations where coaching is used regularly we would recommend that some provision of supervision and continuous professional development is put in place. This represents coaching best practice, not only safeguarding standards, but also adding to the value and sustainability of coaching
(see details of our Coaching Supervision Service).

* Shared - participants come from just 2-3 businesses, with the agenda being tailored to avoid the possible dilution of an open course. We also can see this being attractive to businesses that want a more economic option but do not have the number of people to put forward for the typical 12 people cohort.
