Our approach

Our preference would be to meet you in your workplace to identify what outcomes you would wish to see from the coaching approach to leadership. We would gain an appreciation of the environment and conditions you operate in, which would enable us to design the most appropriate way of working with you.

Our facilitators are coaching experts and not only meet our own high accreditation standards, but those set by the Association for Coaching (AC), the International Coach Federation (ICF), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Maintaining Return on Expectation (ROE)

After adopting a coaching approach, you will be surprised by the return of investment/expectation you can create. However, it is worth considering staying in ‘peak condition’ yourself by finding a co-coaching network, engaging your own coach, or benefiting from supervision, all of which Primeast can help you access.
